Is the clause about giving 4 weeks notice in the EY and other Big 4 employment agreements actually enforceable? What are the consequences of giving only standard 2 weeks notice?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice with regards to my next career step. Currently in audit and I have opportunities to go for a Valuations role or an FDD role (both big 4). What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. Hoping to jump directly but require modelling experience.

Looking to jump from current firm to another - have read a ton of varying commentary on here - what’s the final say on best big 4 firm and perhaps best MM firm? All for FDD / M&A. Pay, technology, culture, perks etc.
