Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

It's not just a geo political thing.
It's part of Saudization policy to force people to move to Riyadh which is stupid considering their work visa process is a nightmare overall. At least simplify/streamline the iqama process and give people one more reason to come here.
KSA Iqama can take 2-6 months to get depending on countries involved. UAE is polished ~2 weeks
It's not. Saudi wants people to get there. This is one of the ways theyre using to achieve it
Curious to see if they’re issuing visas for western countries, can be option for people that hold those passports
As per my understanding, you need to be a resident in those countries to apply for a business visa.
I've been stationed elsewhere for a while, but genuinely curious how are people getting by? or is there no solution at all beyond tourist visa/iqama?
Or old business visas.
it's possible from visa centres / embassies in Europe
I see! Thank you. So its basically beef with UAE.
