Is the PwC NYC office 24/7? Can I sleep the night there? Visiting in NYC with nowhere to stay serious question

I’m finishing my MBA and am looking to get into consulting. Does anyone have any feedback or advice on Veeva’s associate consultant program? I am going to start the interview process with them soon. Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?

Is 13LPA fixed at EY GDS Consulting justified for 5 yoe and designation as Senior Consultant 1?
