It supposed to be the best time during summer bc there is less people moving in… so june/july… but tbh i dont see trends changing so much. Max 200 bucks…
Late spring/summer is when the market is softest. December/January is the worst
Pretty sure you got it backwards. December/January are usually the slowest months. Nobody wants to move during the holidays.
Also interested in this. I entered into my current lease in November (but back in 2018) and it seemed like a good time. I suspect, depending on the area, UM's schedule could also impact market rates.
F.. also, additional question piggybacking, are there monthly rentals (in nice buildings in downtown) or only yearly leases?
When I moved they said after September it was more expensive. It was 2017 so it probably changed.
