Is there a legal requirement for all airlines to give a tour of entire ORD airport while taxiing to the gate after landing? Always happens.

Happens predominantly when landing from the west. It’s due to runway alignment and construction on the field that’s part of the runway modernization project to expand the field to six runways. Probably for another two years and then the cluster shifts to the terminal area when they knock down and replace terminal 2 and expand 1 and 3.

tl;dr wind direction, construction, no end in sight, it’s Chicago

Feels like this just started happening in the past 6 months and it’s a 10 minute ride.

Yeah, where have you been? Keep up with your air transportation legislation.

I understand that many individuals use this strategy but I think investing in index funds for the long haul is better from a wealth accumulation perspective, without even factoring in tax implications of 401k
