Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. I was really interested in joining Barclays and expecting that they will give atleast 10.5 L but they are saying no budget for that and asking for response tomorrow. Not sure what to decide.
