Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.
What’s the WLB like? Good job security?

Hi Fishies.. I am currently in Capgemini Invent. I have a good offer from Godrej Agrovet for digital transformation role. But it requires travel to rural areas as well and 40-50% is travel. Anyone here from Godrej agrovet limited or formerly associated with the firm who can tell about work culture or travel in digital transformation team . Thanks

Move on. Counter offer fails 80 cent lof time.
Fails as in? Can you please explain?
Majority of employees who accept counter offer tend to leave the company in 8 to 10 months after staying back. Few reasons - mgmt will start looking for your replacement behind the scenes, moving the employee to less visible projects, micromanagement etc..

Ask for updated salary letter from HR before reverting papers
You'll get the answer yourself 🤡
Same happening with me now
Always moving out is not a better solution. Don't listen to rat race of moving out , I have seen several people accepting counter offers and it was the best decision they made in many scenarios.
If your manager is reliable and you will really get what your manager is promising then you can definitely stay . If your manager backs out , there is no dearth of opportunities, you can again move out after wasting some time which definitely will not be good but one need to take risk for better opportunities.
Yes Retain is good if terms are confirmed officially. In my case i asked for revised letter than acknowledgement mail which they are not ready to provide. So i am took a step back
First take everything on mails and once u receive ur revised letter with all promised hike then took back ur resignation. Many time they fail to give what they promised. Just think tomorrow u took back ur resignation and they came and say currently they will give 50 for now and next 50 in mid month and rest in year end then what u will do. So my advice is don't take out resignation until u have everything in Balck and white. All the best
I would suggest you to move. A new role will give you better opportunity to learn and grow, sticking to the previous role will give a comfort zone buy won’t give you much opportunity to learn. If you have less than 5 years of experience then moving to the new role is always be a wise decision for career.

Stay there it's good offer from ur current company, if u getting good exposure.
Stay back if you think Capegemini has more to offer.
I would say, you might get exposure to a few better opportunities as a token for your loyalty. Check with your manager before you decide to stay back or move on.
You meant to say that Capgemini is offering you retention of 120% hike on your current salary. This itself sounds fishy.
Ask them to do it immediately or else move out
Revised letter is more confirmation than acknowledgement mail

offer is good, but how do you trust them?
Have they given you a revised offer letter in advance?
