Ive accepted an offer going from a SM role to M role at EY in the CCas team , London office. Can anyone confirm how often one needs to come into the office, as my commute is from Hampshire . I’ve always thought that I’m a decent human who cares about ppl I work with through my actions. got a reality check with only average response for LOOP where just 1 of many ppl that submitted cared to share detailed feedback. Since it is a longer projects working togethr for abt 1yr, with this being the only LOOP during it, suddenly I feel this is representative of their true perception of me.
