I got the highest offer from LnT worth 17, but I can try for some more comapnies and get higher offers.
But ,I also want to retain in capgemini if they match the package.
Should I stop interviews & approach my manager or should I wait for him to call me again ? He had already called once saying he would match the package.
Am I being too greedy if I ask for 18/19 to retain?Or should I just ask for 17 so that repport between me and my manager remains intact?

I'm more inclined towards joining company X. Would it be right to ask X to match the new offer. How should i go about it.

Offered in company A: 12.30 lpa(all fixed) no probation period
Offered in company B: 11.70 lpa (9% fixed variable every six month) 6 months probation

I found out B's appraisal are slightly better than A's
