How VISA in terms of flexibility and work Internationally on remote, do they allow to work from India during the holiday travel?

If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. Would u do the switch back to public (left public just recently)?

What would you do in this situation?
I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30. I am taking some time off before starting a new position with employer B in mid January but their insurance wouldn’t be effective until 2/1. I have 60 days to elect COBRA under employer A, which leaves me with 2 days where I wouldn’t have coverage (Jan30/31). What would you do in this situation? (Cont)

I have been working in SEA region last 4 years. I feel burned out. I have 10yoe, I have try to move to other country but I pretty much suck in LeetCode. I want to take some time off to unwind, finish some personal business, and really prepare for interviews. I would like to hear from you. Should I quit to my current manager(5th so far) or wait after mid year performance review, when a new boss will take over my team? I'm thinking on giving them 2 months notice period. Planning a trip to Rome and Naples with day trips to Tivoli and Pompeii. Is 1 week enough? I feel like reading through 3/4 day Rome and 2 day Naples itineraries, the trip seems rushed. I have unlimited PTO but my SO is limited in time (but luckily he can work extra hrs and then use less PTO). I would say max we could do is 1.5 weeks but adding on 3-5 more days seems almost too much? Thoughts? For reference, I did Venice-Florence-Rome in a week and it seemed okay but it also wasn’t as planned out
