The length between interviews can vary a lot depending on company, position, and time of year. When I've gotten jobs or at minimum completed the entire interview process, I've usually heard something back within a week or ten days. Two weeks is on the longer side to go without contact, but again, there are no one-size-fits-all rules. I'd reach out next week when that manager is likely back in office to see if you're still in the running. If they still don't respond, I'd assume I wasn't and move on to the next opportunity.
It's impossible to know what's happening. Some companies are really slow walking their hiring process this year, and that could be happening. Or it's possible you're being ghosted. If you haven't heard anything by next week you should try to reach out and get an update.
If its been two weeks, its not crazy to reach out and ask for an update on the status on your application. That's well enough of a time to make a decision.
Unfortunately, it sounds like a ghosted rejection. Been there, friend. If they wanted you, they would have reached out sooner. Maybe within the second week or the end of the first week.
It's up to you whether you want to reach out and ask - I don't bother. If you don't want me, that's fine.

I think it it worth reaching out to your recruiter and checking in and reiterating your enthusiasm for the role on Monday after the holiday.
I work for Comcast. Reach out to your recruiter. Some recruiters are soo overwhelmed with making their numbers and have tons of applicants. Even internal employees have to reach out to them via Teams.
