Confused between these two as Publicis is service based but have good projects where as Netomi is product based and remote (WFH).

Compensation details:

Publicis Sapient : 38 LPA fixed + 2L (Bonus)
Netomi : 36 LPA

I was hired on with a company at the same time as my male coworker. We work the exact position, different projects.
I asked him flat out what his salary was when he hired on. His salary is at minimum 15% more. He’s never had a raise.
Neither one of us had any experience in this specific position but he didn’t even have experience in the field, which I did.
I requested a performance and salary review because it’s my annual review time anyway. Best way to address this? Also applying elsewhere.
