Honestly you probably should have brought that up when you were accepting the offer. All you can do is approach them and see what they say.

Probably. But it worked out. They’re so laid back. Sorry for any employers who are super strict. I’m so happy
It's okay, you can talk to them at a meeting with your supervisor. If they don't have a lot going on at the beginning of the work hours, you should be fine, but they won't take time from your lunch; they are more likely to add 30 minutes at the end.
Mentor
Thanks. I was able to connect with the manager and they told me it was fine to start 30min later. They actually suggested I could cut my lunch hour to 30min so I could leave at the same time. It was great!

Most job postings do not include specific start times. So when they do, it’s likely to be an essential requirement for the position. Did you say the start time was ok for you during the interviews and are wanting to change it now that you have the offer? Or did start time not come up at all during the interviews?
Mentor
They just generally said they usually start 8-5 during the interview. But it worked out. I got them to agree wit the time change. They even suggested taking a 30min lunch so I could leave at 5.
After you've settled in and proven yourself dependable, it's a good time to bring it up. Perhaps after a month or so.

That would not have worked for me. I brought it up with them and they were so good about it.
Does the company do shift bids? If so, not until then. You should have brought any scheduling issues up during the interview instead of trying to slip it by and you know that's what you did.

This company was so flexible. All worked out great. A shift bid?? Never heard of that before. Sounds kinda strict.
I would do it now. Explain the situation, present your compromise and see if they're amenable to it. It's a trivial amount of time and you have a plan to make up for it, so getting them to sign off on it shouldn't be too hard.

Great advice. I did and was able to get them on board. Very happy with the outcome!
The sooner you bring that up the better. I'm assuming you have a definite reason for the time change, so think about how you will explain it. If it's something entirely reasonable and unavoidable you might be able to work something out.
Ok
Did you not bring that up prior to accepting the offer? If the work schedule was known during the interview process, why didn't you ask about it then?
No problem
Unless something major has changed or happened since you accepted the offer, this should have been brought up during the interview process. By bringing it up now, AFTER you've accepted the offer, makes it look extremely unprofessional and that you did it on purpose. But that's only if nothing has changed. Otherwise, it's not going to bode well for you. I've had many an interviewer explicitly tell me to make sure I am ok with the schedule before proceeding, so this one's on you.
Sorry let for response the massage yes I am ok the schedule
I wouldn't yet. Give it a little more time. A full 3 to 6 months.
