I've applied to around 60+ openings so far, either they; didn't get back to me (even after sending a follow-up email), want me to have 0-2 or 3-5+ years of experience, want me to reside in another state/timezone, or don't have any openings available. For context, I have a BA in digital media, have done two internships, and barely 2.5 years of experience.

I've already been trying so hard at this point, but I need some tips and advice on finding a solid position and FAST.

I’m curious. What would you say is the best industry / sector for…1. WLB, 2. Great people / team, 3. Exit opp’s., and 4. Overall (mix of the above). Goes without saying the obvious “it depends on office, team, project, client, etc.” So this is an ask for general observations.
