Yes corporate comms is an avenue I can pursue but I haven’t seriously considered it up until this point. But I just might have to! Thank you
Can pitch director of internal communications which basically is responsibLe for organizational design and processes relating to HR. So setting up and communicating surveys (large and pulse), taking lead and responsibility for engagement spotlights and posts, set up and communicate performance management and quarterly individual goals etc. so a higher level and reach that affects OD not just HR.
Does your company have a chief of staff or operations? You can def branch out from HR
Start looking for a job elsewhere. Do it for your own growth. Best of luck!
