Hi Fishes,
Many peoples saying product based company will pay more than service based company.
But I think nowadays service based companies are paying more than services based.
Actually Tiaa global business services is product based company but not even ready to match the offer. Before interview they are ready to give package but once interview get cleared they will not ready to pay package based on your expectation.

Unfortunately the new normal seems to be not hearing back from jobs at all these days. I've been ghosted a few times recently after talking with different companies. Keep your head up and keep applying, something will eventually work out!
If you're not getting responses, you may want to rework your resume in a way that is clear and concise and will make it through the ATS filters.
If you're not getting offers and you think it's due to salary expectations, you may want to reevaluate what your ask is to make sure it aligns with the market, industry, your experience, etc. If I can avoid it, I don't put a number on the form when submitting my resume. That way, I can research the salary range for the role at the particular company to determine my ask without lowballing myself. In the phone screens, I ask if they can share the range. Most have been able to share the range, which is helpful. Once I know the range, I give my number.
But, unfortunately, even if your ask is within range, they may end up choosing the candidate asking for less, especially if their skill set and experience are comparable.
If you're not hearing back that may not mean a lot. A lot of companies have gotten pretty rude about not responding to people. But your mention of them perhaps lowballing the salary seems to indicate that you're discussing the salary at the outset. Perhaps it would be wiser to meet with them first before discussing salary.
