I’ve been applying for project financing or renewable energy positions, but haven’t even gotten a screener call. I closed the sale of two solar farms when I was in-house at a developer, and really liked the work of going through DD information and rushing across the finish line (I live for the adrenaline rush!) I’ve decided that, instead of waiting for someone to give me that job, I’m gonna try to get clients with that kind of work 🥲 I just have no idea where to find such prospects…. Any ideas?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

How long is the recording delay in your jurisdiction?

Pro se plaintiff, an attorney, filed a complaint alleging mold defects after closing on a property. Client, layperson, may have agreed orally to a settlement amount without proof of damages prior to filing appearance and obtaining an attorney. Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?

If a lien was placed in one persons name on a property held in joint tenancy with survivorship and the party who’s name was on the lien (one of the joint tenants) dies what is the status of the lien?

-One LLC, so only one PPM
-Multiple investors that can be onboarded anytime
-Multiple investments that investors can determine whether or not they want to invest in
-One K-1 per investor based on their investments and income
-Ability for the Sponsor/Fund to invest directly, indirectly and in equity, debt, Pref, etc.
