I’ve been applying to a mix of startups and larger tech companies and honestly the interview experiences feel completely different. Smaller companies seem way faster but also more chaotic. Curious whether people think startups are better for breaking into tech or if bigger companies are worth waiting for.

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I am also going through IVF and told myself “maybe not best time to leave with insurance and stuff” ugh why am I like this?! I think I just don’t wanna work in general. Adulting sucks

I’m in PA school now but in the process of interviewing for what might be my dream job in medical imaging industry. If I get the job pay will start around 120k at a large company with room for growth. If I stay in PA school I will have around 120k in debt and will probably work in vascular surgery. What is L2 interview round in tech mahindra? Is it technical or managerial?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.
