AT&T I've been at AT&T for 8 months and feel overwhelmed by the work culture and long hours (12 hours daily). I've never encountered this in other companies. I feel stuck and unsure what to do, as leaving after just 8 months might look bad on my resume. Are others experiencing this? Work-life balance here feels nonexistent.

How does everyone in this bowl feel towards master’s degrees in data science/analytics? I didn’t study this in undergrad so I’m looking to get an analytics degree but I’ve heard mixed reviews.

What do you think of those who have been at the company a long time and are high performers but make significantly less than experienced new hires at the same level? I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas). Any tips for countering the $130k offer for more using the other potential offer while not risking a complete withdrawal of the current offer? I’ve never been in a position to bargain my starting salary so this is all very new to me.

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️
