I’ve been at my agency for almost 4 years and my copywriting partner left just before start of holidays. Since finding out in Dec I haven’t had any response from leadership about hiring someone else to work with me and I haven’t been put on any briefs, just really small things…

I’ve done pretty good work in the past, and my agency seems to be doing well. How can I get them to hire someone or freelance someone and get me on the briefs I used to be on? Should I be worried or enjoy the slow time?

Does location matter if you work at the IRS? For instance is it better (experience wise) to have the same position in DC vs NYC?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them.
