I've been in my new position for 6 months and I absolutely hate it. How long do I need to stick it out before I can start looking for something else without the duration raising red flags?

Just on boarding, who will evaluate your performance and how do they know how you performed if you are not working directly with them？ I assume we will work on different clients throughout the year instead of a fixed team？

LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies. If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit! You can’t be who you truly are on that app. Which is why I like fishbowl so much, the anonymity is a game changer. If LinkedIn was a anonymous, we’d see a lot more support for Kanye and a lot less LGBQT material. Bet!

I started thinking about next steps for my education and initial thought was to just go straight to MBA but then I started hearing about people with BS in Business and Masters in different areas not that closely related. Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?
