I've been in the same job for almost two years, and even though the work is still interesting and the team is solid, the burnout is real. I keep thinking about moving somewhere with a slower pace, then immediately feeling guilty about it, like I should be able to handle it or push through. Is it reasonable to want a lower-stress job when you actually like the work itself?

Definitely not a fan of Westin's "Eat Well" proposition. I'm working in the room at 2:00 AM and the most appetizing menu item is a cold turkey avocado and arugula wrap. I just want a burger and fries!

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
I have to decide on the first offer by Thursday but I haven’t heard back from the second yet. Thoughts on next move?
