I’ve been interviewing for a Marketing Production role at Netflix since early December 2025. 6 rounds in total. I’ve got 10 years of experience at a similar streaming company, so I really felt like this was "the one." But now… radio silence. It’s been over 2 weeks since the final panel round. I sent a chaser email to HR on Thursday but I didn’t get a reply. Does silence for 2 weeks = 100% rejection? I felt like I really nailed each round, but the silence is really killing me.

I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? Cleared both my round of interview. YOE 13. BSS stack. How much can I ask for in HR round?

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? Not sure how to level up my approach to job hunting, but I feel like there's always something I can do.

Any tips on secondary color grading? Premier pro the slider and dropper they have isn’t quite precise so i often am having to taken on more colors and be limited than use only a small piece of skin. Any advice would be amazing.
