Hey mates, I have an overall experience of 14 years with 6lakh CTC. Started my career in BPO though I am from computer science background and then proved myself for the IT movement within the same company before 8 years (6 years in BPO and 8 years in IT). Nothing is changed financially but in a better role. Have got certified in GCP. I work through a contractor, and was hired 2yrs ago to be a Systems Test Engineer II. They decided last minute to make me a Software Content Manager, but kept my title as is since it was supposed to be a 6mo rotation. I’m still an SCM, and am taking on leadership roles in the group. 2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

Today I called that TOP MNC same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CG but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.
