I've been reached out by the HR for same position for research. They are not even offering me 8LPA with 2+YOE. What is the ideal pay one is getting here for same? If this the company standard, should I even consider this offer?

As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.
