I’ve been working at my recent job for about 2 years now as a bartender. When I first started there we started out with a pay of $5 hour plus tips. So getting a good paycheck every 2 weeks really helped out alot. Then recently we all noticed our checks were getting smaller and didn’t really think much of it. Then a few days ago I happened to look at my check stub and he had changed all of our hourly wage down to $2 without informing any of us so my question is.. Is that even legal?
