I've got offer from Morgan Stanley, Mumbai and Deutsche Bank,Pune for Senior Developer role. I've heard MS doesn't have Work-life balance but MS is offering a much better compensation.
Can anyone enlighten how is MS's work-life balance and is it manageable ?
