Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here

Is it weird that I get annoyed whenever my boss subtly implies that I should apply what I've learned in my graduate program to work? Being that the company didn't provide any type of tuition reimbursement nor did I receive any type of pay raise after completing my degree? Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I worked as a mortgage loan officer (which is sales) for 2 years after college, but since mortgage is such a niche industry, no hard skills transfer and have no relevant undergrad internships unfortunately. I know I can essentially get any sales job I want in finance IE: financial advisor etc. but don’t want to be stuck in sales forever. Any advice?

What does a person do who doesn’t find any industry accounting jobs interesting? I’ve been trying to leave for 3-4 years and the only thing that interests me is people focused roles such as sales. I considered recruiting but I’m jaded based on my interactions with most. Public accounting is a decent spot for me but I’m wanting a more consistent schedule of 40-50 and the self centered/dog eat dog culture of my firm continues to crush my soul more and more the longer I stay.
