New midlevel associate at a big law firm and still ramping up. I’m having a lot of trouble tackling small or discrete tasks that are either administrative in nature or otherwise because I don’t have a full plate and something to focus on. Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
