I've resigned from PwC India but my matrix manager isn't accepting my resignation. I didn't get any resignation acceptance mail yet, since I was on bench from December and not been aligned to any project yet, started looking out for opportunities and got selected.

Will I have to serve 3 months NP now as well, I feel since I'm not billable they should relieve me early. Shall I ask HR to intervene here or talk with my manager only ? I'm pretty sure he'll ask me to stay since it's been 1 year.

I joined capgemini 15 days back still I did not get any project. Shall I obscand or resign any suggestions please

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
