I've seen folks around here ask for referrals to companies. I'm looking for a referral to KPMG's Data & Analytics practice at an equivalent level to EY manager (currently S3 here on track for promotion this upcoming year). How does that process usually work on this app?

I'm open to other consulting firms as well but already have referrals for most of my targets. I specialize in AI & ML and my differentiator is being able to effectively translate between executives and data scientists.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs.
