It's common to pivot and change course as you go through life. The best way to do this is to find a quiet place and jot down two lists: One for the aspects of your job that you enjoy doing, and one for functions you dislike.
For instance, let's say you enjoy finding community resources to help your clients with, but you don't like filling out reports and documenting everything.
This would tell me that you're people-oriented and not process-oriented. So, you may want to look for jobs helping others but with less documentation. Something like working in an academic office, supporting recruiters by scheduling candidate interviews, working in retail, etc. You'd really have to look at what you enjoy doing.
Hope that helps!
