Job stability feels shaky for many these days, and while lots are planning career shifts. How are you feeling about staying in sales? On one hand, I feel like there are way too many functions in sales that can be replaced with AI, and on the other, I don't think this industry would survive without the human touch. What's your take?

Anyone here choose between A&M, Alix, and some other usual suspect consulting companies? What made you pick A&M? Do employees generally tend to stick around? How is the culture, decent folks or sharp elbows everywhere? Is the total comp as good as advertised or is this false advertising? I have offers from A&M and Alix and Strat& and am trying to decide soon. Not just looking at comp, but looking to work hard at a place where I can learn a lot too and like the people around me.

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. I haven't had to do an interview in so long. Can someone please tell me what to expect with the recruiter call? I'm assuming it will be mostly about the role, my skills and background? Right now I’m working as a junior product engineer in Amsterdam. From januari on I’ll be a medior product engineer. And now I’m in the middle of negotiating about my salary increase. The salary that I’m being offered feels low (41.5k).

Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?
