Joined hcl on oct 2021, when will be first hike??

Curious to know what salary Social Media Managers are making in the NYC area. Interviewing for management roles and here comes the dreaded convos for desired compensation.

What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. I will get a pay increase regardless so I want to negotiate in case I don’t get a “good” increase.

Question might sound naive, but im not aware of the process thats why asking. Regarding joining bonus, do companies offer joining bonus for people who can join early only? Or if we have 90 days notice then also we can ask for joining bonus?

What do associates at VC firms make?? In Toronto… I’ve got 4 years of exp at MBB consulting & currently a product manager at a startup

Hi, after each interview, the recruiting agency will call me to get feedback and ask me if we're still good on X salary?

What's a good way to not agree on a set number on these calls until I get my offer?

I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
