Joined the bank like 2 months back….feeing like not even giving 10% of what I can and have given in my previous job.
Reasons - 1. Want to maintain the normal distribution curve wrt my efforts so wlb can be maintained 2. Everyone around me is like just doing all the work for sake…like not going into details…considering LOB is God…Not even experimenting and thinking what could be beyond asked ? Am i thinking too much or this is how it works here at BoA ?
