Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.

I got an offer from HighRadius for Team Lead position. Initially they told OK for the CTC. The HR told they are fine with the CTC and she had got the approval for compensation. She sent me the breakup details and said she would get back to me the next day. I sent out an email and also called the HRs but no response. Please avoid such this company. They lure you with perks but have no professionalism or even the basic courtesy to inform or update the candidate. HighRadius

Accenture vs UST global.Both providing same package.Accenture as a Application Development Senior Analyst and UST as a Lead I - Software Enhineering,B1.
Accenture has higher variable pay than UST.
Which one would be good to join for job security and growth and also which provides 100 percent variable pay?

It's a good package for your experience. Why there is a huge difference between fixed and CTC
Yes there policy is 25percent variable
For the experience and current CTC you are getting a higher hike than the normal and SocGen has great work culture and employee benefits. Go for it

X2 of your work exp is best parameter to judge it.
SG has indeed high VP in ctc so use fixed CTC for any comparisons. However I feel thats a fair compensation for your exp.

Hi socgen inflates CTC u will not get 5 lac variable..5/3=if u are avg
5/2=if u are above avg
5 lac if are excellent so this will be difficult to get i will mstly 5/3 or 5/2
