Additionally, when you reach the next level can you typically get a pay bump internally or do you often have to look elsewhere? have your companies sponsored the master anaplanner exam?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Any recommendations on smart thermostats that you love and enjoy? I would need to replace 3 thermostats in our home so looking for best value. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
