Hi Fishes, I've 5.7 YOE in digital marketing and i have an offer from PS for Senior Media Analyst Role in Digital Marketing Domain. After seeing all the layoff post i'm getting scared. It would be helpful if you could please let me know if anyone if fired from Digital Marketing Domain.

Defendant fired his lawyer and decided to represent himself. At the hearing on his attorney’s motion to withdraw, my colleague referred to Defendant as pro se and Defendant gets mad and says “I don’t agree with what you’re saying, idk what that means!!” Um if you don’t know what pro se means maybe you shouldn’t be a pro se defendant 😳

Recently laid off from a top 10 firm in LA after 7 years in PA. I’d been with the firm since college but now not sure whether i want to try and get back to PA or pivot to private or something else. Really trying to figure out my plan but feel so negative towards everything job-related. any suggestions where to begin? our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
