Hello Guys,
I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

EY is less likely to die soon
Chief
You underestimate the staying power of IBM
IBM = job security for life
Nah run away from here
^ this guy knows and that’s only the tip of the iceberg my friend
Depends on which skills are more important to you. If you want to grow more into consulting I’d say EY. If your focus are your technical skills I’d say IBM.
Rising Star
Some ex-IBM colleagues said IBM doesn’t let you keep your points from travel; not sure if that’s still the case, though. Haven’t heard anything positive about it in any case.
Even with the gaslighting about layoffs and unlimited PTO, I’d still recommend EY over IBM.
One thing to factor in is that you get a raise every year at EY. Could be the same at IBM .. not sure
At EY it’s typically 5-10% non promo years and 15-25% promo years. This is before Covid and at the lower levels. I’m sure as you progress the % decrease.
