Have you ever felt uncomfortable treating a patient? I don't feel unsafe, and the patient isn't making me uncomfortable physically or anything, I am just seriously disturbed by the discussions we're having about what they're going through. One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

While accepting offer in Wipro my friend directly clicked accept and submitted after reading all the pages. But didn't fill the signature and date column in all sheet since text was not enabled. At bottom of every page in offer letter it shows as signed by user name ,user email address & date when she signed. Could anyone please confirm if this is fine or not ? Do we need to fill signature and date also above because she couldn't do anything now. Is this offer letter valid now?
