Just finished my 3rd interview for a Trader position (1st with a recruiter, 2nd with management, 3rd with a director).

The third interview seemed to fly by and the director seemed distracted and more interested in hearing who I was, my experience and then wanted to wrap up the meeting. Was this just a formality and it’s likely I got the job or was his disinterest a bad sign for me? He did mention that the previous manager was impressed with my background.

Currently preparing for a final round case interview at the director level for a CVS Health graduate summer internship. Any tips or things I should look out for/emphasize? First time making a final round. Thanks in advance.

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this?
