Keep going - that’s the hardest part of tricking your mind into thinking but it’s worth it. I went 8 months without a job and it was literally just telling myself things that were positive and keep ALL negative thoughts out of your head. You will make it and grow in the end! Good luck
Good luck. I think the challenge really is, employers know folks taking lower salaries are at high risk of leaving when the market returns. So if desperation is your play I think addressing that point should be included.
Yeah, but employers are also OFFERING below market salaries…so they should expect anyone they hire to jump ship at the first sign of higher wages elsewhere.
