Pregnant with my third child now and wondering what is the right time to tell work. I did it really early with my first two because I wanted to plan ahead, but now thinking about it, I feel like it just set me up for failure those years because I was reassigned from tasks and kept underutilized.

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

If a child got injured in an amusement park (due to a negligence on the park's side) what would you consider a reasonable compensation? Random question but do you let your kids hang out in your bedroom and use your master bath if applicable? My kids always seem to want to use our bathroom instead of theirs and my spouse doesn't care but I grew up with my parent's room basically being off limits and think I'd prefer it that way.

Two kids under the age of 8 and I find that I struggle to spend enough quality time with them between their school and activities and my unpredictable job. What do you folks do to be better parents?
