Which companies are doing H1b and immediate GC?

I work at a small immigration law firm and I feel like I’m committing fraud everyday.

Does PwC start internal transfer applications and L1 visa processing easily?

BAL and Fragomen associates, has their been any effort to push associate salaries up? If not, what is their excuse?

It seem like the two biggest immigration firms are severely lagging behind in compensation while other larger firms with immigration practices are pushing up comp.

Has anyone transitioned out of immigration law?

Third year associate at an AmLaw 100 firm (non Frag or BAL, but doesn’t pay market), and I feel that growth is severely limited in this field.

Good Morning. Here's my dilemma. I have an approved H1B application which got picked up in 2019-20 lot and approved in Jan 2020, before the world went into lockdown. The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. Been feeling spread too thin lately but I don’t know whats typical. Curious what others do. And would you mind sharing whether you’re a junior, midlevel, partner, etc??

I realize sheer number of cases doesn’t tell the whole story… obviously you can be buried on one massive case. I’m finding it hard to jump back and forth between everything I have going on right now, though, but I don’t know if the answer is to just deal with it.
