Hi Fishes, Have a query. My spouse is working in the electrical and electronics field for the last 15years, in various GCC countries. Now he wishes to come back to India and wants to join some company here. But seems like similar opportunities are very less, say close to 3-4%. What is your opinion if he takes a DevOps course and do a career change ? What will be the % of getting interviews ? Even if he gets selected, how much will he get?

I work as an AGM in a busy restaurant. Been working there for just over a year, and haven't had a single raise. I now only make 0.50 cents more than even the lowest paid shift lead but I am doing a lot more work. I'm no longer satisfied with these conditions. PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.

There is no concept of 9 hours work schedule. I want to name few people but doing it
