I just got an offer from Accenture Switzerland, Total Comp 170K with 140K base. I have 6YOE as IT consultant and 9YOE in total. I am just upset that they did not offer me a relocation package of 20k because the cost of living in Zurich for a family with 1 child is crazy! Should I insist for a sign on bonus before accepting the offer?

each other’s life as much as possible. But it’s still not enough for our son. It’s honestly so so sad to see him so torn. Any advice/encouragement is needed right now. Thank you!
Getting along with your ex and being good coparents is key. He is at a difficult age to adjust to this and will take time . Have you tried a family therapist?
My son was that age when I got divorced and he struggled a lot. Happy to discuss further if you like. Feel free to DM
Sounds like a typical transition. Just keep giving lots of love and the exact same story line so he transitions. Eventually he’ll settle. Stay strong. He will be okay with your love and constant reassurance. Maybe don’t give him too much info like how you are explaining daddy won’t sleep over anymore, That much info is probably making him feel off and scared of the unknown totally strange new reality of his new routine,
