Make a to do list and just go start checking things off one by one. Also, not a popular opinion but I often like working on weekends to clear my plate without distractions.

Yeah I often intentionally put off certain things for the weekend if they’re not super time sensitive and require large chunks of time
Basically you’re too stressed. Your body is in flight, fight, or freeze mode. Ideally try to take a day (or a couple of days) off to relax your body and then try to stick to a strict predictable routine for a couple of weeks. It will help your body calm down. Try this before having to see a therapist or burning out
Yes. This used to happen to me frequently as a junior and still happens occasionally. I second A1. Make a to do list (I prefer written). Handle small tasks that take less then 5 minutes first and then the others in order of priority. If you don’t know the deadline, ask. Things aren’t always as time pressing as they may seem.
Knocking off a bunch of small tasks is good advice. There’s a lot of mental bandwidth and stress that goes into just remembering all the stuff you need to get done. The more you can narrow that list, the less energy goes into it and the more energy you have left to actually get stuff done.
Also, this happens to everyone. You will get through it and get back to where you feel on top of things.
