Lately, I've noticed it's been difficult to find work for someone who knows everything about construction and uses CAD systems. Is this true? Or am I doing something wrong?

Good luck!

Honestly, I think it might be where you're looking, because I've been trying to find a Quality Assurance Supervisor or Manager job and can't apply for almost anything because all of the jobs I find are looking for degrees and experience in the construction business. And well, even though QA is QA, my experience is Industrial, Mechanical and some slight Manufacturing. I would tweak and expand where you search, and also, I would press a little more, maybe even go old school and show up at the business/company's doorstep. Who knows, you might luck out that way. Don't give up though and good luck.

You looked at data centers?

Construction is having a downturn right now, ideally it should pick up again

Today he learned that not everyone shares the same values and not to keep cash in a ziploc😞
