Lately, the workload has been insane, and I can feel it taking a toll on my mental health. I’m managing 12 accounts, constantly putting out fires, and even when I log off, my brain is still running through client requests. Last week, I caught myself waking up at 3 AM to check emails—not normal. I know I need to set better boundaries, but I also don’t want to let my clients down. How do you all handle burnout without dropping the ball? Have you found any strategies that actually help you reset without falling behind? Would love to hear what’s worked for you.

Does anyone have suggestions for a refresher course/presentation on critical care? I'm an OB/GYN wanting to keep myself educated.

I have a question regarding taxation of joining bonus.

I recieved a joining bonus of 1 lakh from my previous employer in last fiscal year which was taxed.
I resigned from the organisation before completing 1 year... Which will be deducted from my last month salary.
How does taxation works in this case.

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Is 7 weeks too early to start thinking I may have made a huge mistake in switching to my current gig? I left the last place because it was overr toxic and terrible W/L balance, for one that seemed to be more “fun” and more realistic hours, only to find that I’ve now been working 12 -14 hours a day and just drowning and feeling like I cannot catch up or catch my breath.
