We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Does anyone have recommendations on which plan to go with for each child? I once did the pros and cons on a whiteboard and it seemed like 529 was better.

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last. So many times they are limping or in a wheelchair boarding. And then when we land that are the first to jump up and scurry off. Just not ethical.

Saw a 5 year old in a face mask rolling around on the floor of the airport. Panic and misinformation spreading like wildfire.

I hate to tell all these folks wearing masks on my flight that they only help to prevent you from infecting others. They do nothing to prevent you from inhaling airborne pathogens.

First business trip in 20 months. TSA agent yelled at me for nonsensical reasons. I almost cried. I was worried things would change, but they are just as dehumanizing as always. Felt like home.
